7 The food pyramid tells us how much of each food group we should eat.

15 Fat and Oil are at the top of the Pyramid. Oil and fat

16 Listen to me ….. These are things made from grain, for example rice, ruti and bread. Grains gives us energy.

17 Open your book, page no.24 and lesson.4-5 Look at the picture of the food at the bottom of the Pyramid and read the story silently.

18 Make sentence Grain = Grains give us energy. Bottom = Rice is bottom of the pyramid. Food = We eat food for our health. Different = We eat different kinds of food everyday.
