Building Partnership The head of the program will be more efficient if assumed by a higher organ that can bring sector partners under its umbrella The key sector partners should include the following: Ministries in charge of the key sectors ie Livestock, Public Health, Wildlife and Environment and the Ministry in charge of territorial Administration and Civil Protection, WHO, OIE and FAO representatives in the countries should be involved.
