15 Polish Chamber of National Defence Manufacturers PCNDM is a voluntary and self-governing organisation of the Polish enterprises conducting activities in the field of the national defence and security. PCNDM was established on 11th Sept. 1995 Has approx. 140 member companies 15

16 Domestic MoU PCNDM signed cooperation agreement with Polish MoD; in 2011 the agreement has been updated and signed again. 16

19 Role of the PCNDM PCNDM has been appointed as a National PoC between Polish defence industry and EDA PCNDM is an official representative of the Polish defence industry in NIAG (NATO Industrial Advisory Group) PCNDM helps foreign defence industry companies with finding partners in Poland 19

20 Role of the PCNDM PCNDM represents Polish defence industry in contacts with the administration PCNDM exchanges information on the field of defence industry with Polish embassies around the world PCNDM stays in contacts with foreign embassies in Poland 20

21 Role of the PCNDM PCNDM receives from the government drafts of the law related to the defence industry for consultancy PCNDM helps Polish companies with finding foreign partners PCNDM organises trade missions to other countries to help with establishing contacts between companies 21
