SURYA NAMASKAR
The Sanskrit word surya means sun.
Namaskar is the Hindi word for Namaste, from the root nam, to bow.
Namaskar also means salutation, salute, greeting or praise
BENEFITS
It helps an individual to  vitalize and unblock the whole system.
It reduces fat from almost all parts of the body, as it stretches each and every muscle and tones it.
