1. General Meeting Tuesday, April 5, 2016 6:00 p.m.

2. Sign In and Raffle Ticket Please make sure you sign in for the meeting tonight. Make sure you received or purchased a raffle ticket. Tonight’s Raffle is a Gift Card to Menchies. Additional tickets can be purchased for $1.00.

3. Daddy Daughter Dance Thank you to the Daddy Daughter Dance Committee and those who volunteered the night of the dance. You made the dance memorable and fun for all of the fathers and daughters. Thank you to all of the couples that joined us at the dance.

5. We are preparing for our 3 rd Quarter Learn to Earn Store. For the Store to be a success we need your help to stock the shelves. If you would like to donate items, please email us at PTSO@lltacademy.com to receive an email with the Sing Up Genius link. To make a monetary donation, please go to SchoolPay.com. Volunteers are still needed for the store on April 22 nd.

7. Teacher Appreciation Week is May 2 nd – May 6 th. - At LLT, Teacher Appreciation Week includes the entire staff. We are asking for donations in order to make something special for the staff. A Sign Up Genius Link went out through Constant Contact last week. If you would like the link for the Sing Up Genius, please email us at PTSO@lltacademy.com. 8. Testing Snacks FSA Testing is happening between April and May. PTSO provides a snack for the students to enjoy during testing. The snack provides a boost to the test taker and allows them to concentrate on the test, rather when the lunch bell will ring. Your assistance in providing the snacks is greatly appreciated. 10. 2016-2017 PTSO Board Due to the low response of moving to a Titled Board for the 2016-2017 school year, the PTSO Board will remain Titleless. Our goal is to welcome an additional 3-4 new members to the PTSO Board. These board members will work together to form action teams to complete the vision and responsibilities of the board.

11. LLT Academy PTSO Vision It is our belief that clear and effective communication between parents, administration, teachers and students will create clear and focused priorities. Working together we can implement these priorities to assure an environment for our students that will allow them to achieve excellence in academics, athletics and arts. We must support our children by giving our time, attention, understanding and innovative ideas for improvement. The PTSO is dedicated to assist in maintaining a safe and intellectually invigorating environment that allows us to attract and retain the most dedicated professionals to LLT Academy.
