7. Public Awarness Campaign The main tasks for local PAC: a) Analyze and report. The report will focus on the local conditions for PAC and the action plan. b) Implementation. There are two stages: The first phase starts before carrying out field work, The second phase starts before public display of systematic registration documents to verify data by the persons concerned c) Monitoring Main objective: inform the citizens about systematic registration process National level: ANCPI responsibility Local level: Contractor responsibility with the help of local authority

9. Public Awarness Campaign The contractor’s responsibilities: Organizes and coordinates information campaign at local level Print and distribute information materials (leaflets, posters). ANCPI will provide the templates. Inform the community about the work plan and schedule interviews about the land and about measuring and identifying buildings Organize with help the mayor at least two information points where citizens may require further explanation
