4 2030 WRG Partnership Models 2030 WRG promotes alliances and co-operation between governments, civil society and the private sector. There are many different forms these alliances can take: Corporate social responsibility e.g. Private Company + NGO or local government Incentives – eg Obras por Impuestos Blue Certificate, Peru Water Prize, No Drop Programme, Catchment Funds Alliance for Water Stewardship Certification PPPs – Public Private Partnerships
