D114 spends $13,450 vs. State’s $18,816 Out of 200 elementary school districts in the Chicagoland area, Manhattan ranks 196th in how much it spends to educate its students. 12 In spite of the Challenges we face….. Comprehensive Kindergarten through 8 th Grade Educational Program. Improved Technology and Network. Laptop Computers for ALL Teaching Staff, 348 laptops & desktops/71 iPads at the JH, 65 laptops & desktops/202 iPads at AM, and 80 laptops & desktops/176 iPads at WC. 493 computers and 450 iPads for our student use. Adopted a WEB-Based Common Core Math Series for All Grades and plans for a WEB-Based Common Core English Language Arts Series Expanded School-Logic for Family Convenience Increased Cooperation and Collaboration with LW210 and other Elementary feeder schools to improve curriculum and instruction at all grade levels. Over 70% of Junior High Students involved in Sports/Activities 1/3 of Junior High Population participate in Fine Arts Manhattan School District 11412 We STILL Do Great Things for our Kids and Staff
