14. WHY??? The Cariboo Regional District (CRD) is authorized by the Ministry of Environment (MOE) to operate the Forest Grove Transfer Station, and is allowed to collect CLEAN wood waste for incineration in an air curtain incinerator. The CRD’s Operational Certificate (issued by MOE) specifically states the following as unacceptable materials:
