8 Goal As we continue to implement the more complex state measure of ELA, Cobb’s goal for the 2016 FSA is to be within 10% (+/-) of our previous proficiency rate for the 2014-15 school year as indicated by the FSA ELA Assessment. 9 As we continue to implement the more complex State measure of Mathematics, our school goal is to have at least 50% of our students proficient in this area on the 2015 FSA. Proficiency rate excludes students enrolled in Algebra I or Geometry for the 2014- 15 school year.
