23 Customer evaluation Remember this?: Programme management of services: Running the service (and ensuring it meets the specification) Reporting on activity Seeking and responding to customer feedback Modifying the service Evaluating the impact and value for money/ROI Training and supporting staff Each service function lead to participate in training session in the Summer to develop customer evaluation (internal and external for each product and service) Please discuss in your team meetings – how can we do this? What is important to measure? Which customers are priority?

25 Update on the Advice Service Since the Deloitte Review we have: Enhanced adviser resource Developed a regional model of allocating advisers Created an ontake system Strengthened managerial accountability Adopted a more integrated approach across NCAS.
