CLICK to see report Format. This screen is capable of giving you full visibility to status of your cargo in one convenient location. In this screen: 1.You can determine if your cargo has arrived at a load-port terminal, check to see if it was released and confirm that it was loaded. 2.You can know if your cargo has cleared Customs. 3.You are able to download the data into Microsoft Excel where you can customize your own internal reports. Short-cut: You may use the last six characters of a VIN number by inserting an asterisk * or Percentage symbol % before the entry. Example: *123456 or %123456 Note: Unless you are certain of the cargo status you are searching, you must make sure the Status Field is blank for this query You can easily inquire about a single unit by searching the specific VIN or serial number in this area. To search by: Enter a booking number then click: If you are searching for cargo received, released or loaded by booking number, you can simply enter the particular booking number in this area, to display all cargo within that booking. Additional Search Method: 1.You can click on the underlined word Booking to produce a search screen. 2.Enter the first few characters of the booking number and click on search. 3.Highlight the correct booking number and click on OK. 4.This will auto populate the booking number in the field. Search by: This internal function is available for those requiring multi user visibility. Such as Höegh Customer Service, or those whom handle multiple accounts. Note: Your account is set-up to see cargo in association with your FMC number and company name. You will not have visibility to non associative cargo. This filter is used by those whom ship from multiple load ports. It enables inventory search in specific locations. The system will only recognize UN Port Codes. Example; Baltimore = USBAL You can find the International Port Codes by clicking here: Translate Port CodesTranslate Port Codes Or by going to the “Customer Support” area of www.hoegh.com/Americas. www.hoegh.com/Americas. And clicking on “Port Code Translations” Search by: Enter a Port of Load code then click on: Note: Unless you are certain of the cargo status you are searching, you must make sure the Status Field is blank for this query Example. To search by Status: NOTE: The system will always default to Arrived status which means If your cargo has been released to load or loaded already, the arrived status no longer applies and you will get this message. : Select a status: This filter allows you to determine and/or search by the status of your cargo: 1.To view cargo that has arrived at a Höegh Service Center: Select “ARRIVED” Default setting. 2.To view cargo that is released to load onto a Höegh, Autoliners Vessel : Select “RELEASED”. 3.To view cargo that has loaded onto a Höegh Autoliners Vessel: Select “LOADED”. 4.To view all your cargo regardless of its status, leave the selection BLANK. ARRIVED: The Term “Arrived” is defined as cargo that has been received into a terminal and registered into this system. RELEASED: The term “Released” is defined as cargo free of holds and queued to load onto a Höegh Autoliners Vessel. LOADED: The term “Loaded” is defined as cargo that has been loaded to be shipped onboard A Höegh Autoliners Vessel or a truck to leave the terminal through the gate. SHIPPED: Not currently in use, However: The term Shipped refers to cargo that has been loaded onboard a Hoegh Autoliners Vessel or truck and has left the port or terminal

To Search by Port of Discharge, you must first know the UN Port Code. For example: you cannot enter the word Bahrain, you must enter the UN port code BHBAH This filter gives you opportunity to account for your inventory by destination. You can find the International Port Codes by clicking here: Translate Port Codes Translate Port Codes Or by going to the “Customer Support” area of www.hoegh.com/Americas. www.hoegh.com/Americas. To Search by: Enter the process step then click: The Process Step feature displays or filters according to the status of your vehicle title review by U.S Customs and Border Protection. Search by Voyage: Similar to Port Codes required for query, so are Höegh Autoliners Vessel Codes and Voyage numbers. To Search by Voyage, you must first know the Höegh Vessel Code and Voyage. For example: You cannot enter the word Höegh Trader, you must enter the Höegh Vessel code HTRD Enter a Vessel code and Voyage # then click on: There are 3 ways to obtain Höegh Vessel/Voyage Information: 3 : Click on the word Voyage to produce a search window. 1 : The Höegh Autoliners Sailing Schedule. *Schedules are emailed to our customers as they are updated, or can be found on our website in the schedule area. 2 : The Höegh Autoliners Vessel Code Translator. *This translator can be found on our website in the Customer Center area. *This search requires the Vessel Code but will give you the latest Vessel/Voyage on the schedule. You can easily print the data contained on the Vininsight/Inventory Load List report. Print Option: Due to the width of the Vininsight/Inventory Load List report while in full view; When printing we recommend your paper to be legal size 14 x 8.5 inches and your page orientation to be landscape. * If you are unsure on how to set-up printer settings, please ask your system administrator or refer to your printer guide. There are 2 choices of report downloads: Formatted Report: This report format is more of a screen shot. Excel Download: This report format is capable of anything Microsoft Excel can do. The Excel download is done by a limited web-based version of Excel. To enjoy the full capabilities of Excel you must save the report to a location on your machine then open with the version installed on your machine. Download Feature. After you have established and chosen your filter options: Example, you searched all your cargo that has been: 1. Cleared by Customs, 2. For a specific Vessel, 3. Loading out of a specific Load port, 4. VIN: Vehicle Identification Number: Under the VIN heading will be the VIN number of a specific unit. It is underlined meaning it will provide an additional screen if you click on that number. This area displays the Load-port/Terminal and the area your cargo is located within that Port/Terminal In this Example: The cargo is located in the Load Port of New York City, but in the Bayonne Auto Terminal or BAT, located in Bayonne New Jersey. If this Unit was at the FAPS Terminal in Newark New Jersey, The area would read “FAPS” This function was designed for multiple Terminals within a Port. NOTE: You can sort your view by clicking on the word “Terminal” or “Area” and it will ascend or descend your view alphabetically. Displays Terminal and Area. NOTE: You can sort your view by clicking on the word “Vehicle Status” will ascend or descend your view alphabetically. But the Status Date will ascend or descend your view numerically. Displays Cargo Status and the Date that Cargo went into that Status. In this Example: The cargo arrived at a Terminal on 04/14/2009. However; When this cargo is “Released to Load” or “Loaded”, That Status date will follow that new Status and the Arrived date will become and be listed as the “Date Received” PLEASE READ CAREFULY. Voyage and Vessel Code. NOTE: You can sort your view by clicking on the word “Voyage” or “Vessel code” and it will ascend or descend your view alphabetically or alphanumerically. Date Received. NOTE: You can sort your view by clicking on the word “Date Received” and it will ascend or descend your view Newest or Oldest dates. “Customs Released” NOTE: You can sort your view by clicking on the word “Sent to Customs” or “Customs Released” and it will ascend or descend your view by Newest or Oldest dates.
