The KPMG Challenge Your future, your dream job! This challenge is all about your vision, your ambition and your dreams. KPMG's mission for school and college leavers is 'live, learn, earn'. They want to hear about your ambitions; What do you live for? What do you want to learn? What is your dream job? Let’s find out........

‘KPMG is one of the world's leading professional services organisations — a global network of member firms operating in 144 countries. Our job is to help businesses improve the way they work. It’s complex stuff. But it’s always exciting – and it takes us all over the world. Our UK firm offers Audit, Tax and Advisory services to thousands of clients, from some of the largest multinationals and best-known brands to public bodies and entrepreneurs’. KPMG - a word from the company

The tasks in this challenge are THE BIG questions most people of any age strive to answer! Don’t be intimidated, this is a great opportunity to look to the future with positivity! It’s not just about the prize, asking yourself these challenge questions will allow you to focus and then reflect on how to create a path to the future you dream of! The KPMG Challenge

Task 1 - What do you live for? It’s a big question so where to start? What do you like, love and enjoy? What motivates you? What really gets you out of bed in the morning Most people agree that if you do things you enjoy, you're more likely to be successful. This is really important when you are thinking about what career or job you will start but maybe you can’t see how your passions translate into the workplace? Do some research, ask your team, how could you translate your passions into work!

Task 2 - What do you want to learn? This is your chance to learn a new skill that can literally change your life!? So what will it be? Do want to learn a hard-skill or soft skill? How would this change your life? How would this skill benefit your professional life? How would this benefit your personal life? How could your new found skill benefit others?

Task 3 - What is your dream job? Think back to the first question about what you live for. Can you apply this to your dream job or career? What are your long term ambitions; do you want to earn a lot of money? Or is helping other people more important to you? If you could list 5 things you would like to achieve in your dream career what would they be? These are difficult questions but don’t intimidated! There is no right or wrong answer, but it's a good idea to have a dream job or dream industry to aim for!

The three big questions: What do you live for? What do you want to learn? What is your dream job? Your submission can be as simple as one sentence for each of the 3 questions. Think Creatively – and don’t be limited by text if you prefer images or film. If you prefer to detail the reasons behind your ideas then go ahead. Remember this is a competition! How are you going to make your submission stand out from the crowd? Your Submission - what to include

Originality Creativity How the 3 ideas support each other Your ideas will be judged on the following points:

KPMG will pick the most inspiring responses and reward them with training to fulfil your dream. With up to £500 at your disposal you could learn anything from scuba diving, to archery, to ballet, to flying or to play the recorder... its up to you! The Prize!:
