2 BIRTH OF A NEW IDEA The spark of starting the EPC Division came from the vision and farsightedness of Late Shri R.S.Lodhaji, keeping in view rapid growth of the economy and increase in importance of providing infrastructure Turnkey Projects Vindhya Telelinks Limited established a new EPC Division, (Engineering, Procurement & Constructions), as a separate profit centre in the last quarter of with an effort to forward integrate from our existing business.

3 The division initially targeted specific project/customer segments having high growth potential, where the Company and its Promoter Group enjoys competitive advantage. To this end, entry into the identified growth areas for EPC, Company and Group’s other entities engaged in equipment manufacturing and supplies provided the head start to the EPC Division.

Target to go with big projects like Defence project in Telecom and niche overseas projects. Improving profitability by backward as well as forward integration of resources.

7 OFC Network under IP-I Category
Scope of Infrastructure Provider Dark Fibers Right of Way Duct Space Tower Purpose Grant on lease/rent/sale basis only to the licensed TSP’s on mutually agreed terms and conditions. Advantage OFC Network rollout under IP-1 will provide Cost, Scale and Time benefits to the telecom operators. Ready to use network allows operators to leverage and ride on the Network from day one.

9 Our telecom division The Telecom wing, since its inception has executed OFC laying projects for more than 3000 Km. with marked perfection and has presence with leading telecom operators in India and abroad including Bharti Airtel, Reliance, Tata, Railtel and Spice(Nepal) to name a few.

10 Our power division Since, the inception of EPC Division we have ongoing projects which includes: Providing Electricity to Rural Areas through Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Vidyut Vitran Yojna (RGGVY) of Rural Electrification Corporation of India (REC). Providing Street Lighting to urban areas through North Delhi Power Ltd.(NDPL) Establishment of EHV Sub-stations High Voltage Distribution Projects

Density Polythene (MDPE) main pipelines and service pipelines of sizes ranging from 20mm to 180mm OD from the DRS to PE/GI transition fitting and installation of GI Pipelines for piped Natural Gas Supply to domestic and commercial consumers.

22 Providing Fibre to the home (inside premises)
Already in talks with Zee/Radius and have been selected as their preferred vendor for providing FTTH services in Delhi and NCR. Zee is laying a network in collaboration with Bharti for such services in Delhi and NCR Region. Alongwith we are also focusing on BSNL and MTNL business.

Such franchisee will purchase input units at a pre-determined rate from utility, sell it to consumers and collect the energy bill amount from consumers. They shall also be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the local distribution system within the area franchised. Currently we have submitted Expression of Interest for Distribution Franchisee in Madhya Pradesh. The request for EOI is expected from Orissa, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh in near future.
