Production Software for Parental Supervision on using internet Unfortunately, by disregarding ethical principals in internet space and witnessing moral disorders in children as a result of inappropriate use of internet, we decided to produce Software for Parental Supervision on using internet, which was accepted intensively by parents. It should be noted that use of this software is free and completely optional.

Codification of draft bill for intellectual property By IT developing, creating spaces, in order to protect and preserve producers and beneficiaries reserved rights, we prepared a draft bill on intellectual property law, which is now on track for approval and notification. Our activities in this action line summarized in 2 items: 1.Evaluation of Iran’s governance websites With Information Technology Development in the field of e- government, e-services expansion by different sections of governance, for increasing the offered services and enhancing the quality of services, these actions were evaluated in three main fields: information, interactive services and financial transactions. In this regard, evaluating governance websites was performed alternatively during 10 years ago and the best in this field were awarded Web National Prize.

16. 2.Preparation a data base of IT experts(Baam-e-Fava) Informing and obtaining information from active members in Iran’s IT section is an important step towards developing information society. Our activities in this action line summarized in 2 items: 1.Production of E-museum software One the most important issues of every country are tourism, national handicrafts and its quantitative and qualitative development. ICT could have a significant contribution in this matter. We produced E- museum software by applying this technology, graphical tools and environment simulation. In this software ancient Iran museum is available virtually for the applicants.

Lunching National Email Service (http://www.chmail.ir and http://www.chaapaar.ir)http://www.chmail.ir http://www.chaapaar.ir One of the fundamental tools for developing information society is building communicative contexts between sections of the society. Writing letter, sending and attaching desired documents via ICT formed a topic as Email. With reference to importance of this issue and generality of Persian language and script between Iranians, the necessity for establishing a national electronic mail was tangible. By this action, Iranians could use Chaapaar/ ChMail local email for their needs.

19. Our activities in this action line summarized in 9 items: 1. Editing and publishing 50 books in the field of IT Content creation and publishing books related to ICT for concepts development and producing required knowledge in this area, which proper actions have been followed in this regard.

20. 2. Production Persian language training software Persian language training for the benefit of Farsi non-speakers is an issue which could be greatly considered by applying IT.

21. 3. Software for conversion text to Persian speech (TTS) as well as software for Persian Speech Recognition (SR): This software was so helpful for blinds and who are suffering from disability

Preparation and designing 4 new Persian Unicode fonts as well as modifying/unifying 39 Persian fonts Production and development of various fonts in Persian language was a fundamental action for expanding Persian language and writing in computer environment with the purpose of Iran s’ information society expansion, which was conducted.

English-Persian parallel corpus Critical activities in developing Persian writing and language in computer environment requires software infrastructures besides hardware infrastructures, which one of the most important is producing various parallel corpus from English and Persian sentences. Appropriate actions were implemented in this area and currently the first phase is under operation.

Research review on Persian Character Recognition (OCR) Fast conversion of prior machine texts in to editable texts requires investigation for the difficulties through this way and producing Persian OCR tool, which is now developed through further procedures and some of its version is under operation.

Production Persian editor software and website (Persian Spell Checking) http://www.virastyar.irhttp://www.virastyar.ir Texts, articles, books and electronic contents production in Persian language is desperately require editing and error finding tools and for achieving this matter, editing software produced and presented. Now, this software is under operation online and offline in order to develop Iran information society.

Machine translation website (http://www.machinetranslation.ir)http://www.machinetranslation.ir Benefitting of non-Persian scientific contexts for Persian speakers who are not familiar with other foreign languages is only possible by using machine translation, at present the first phase of this project is carried out.

27. 9. Persian Thesaurus Developing different common and domain specific thesaurus is a fundamental tool for most of software that needs these type of semantically Persian tools.
