  A Habit is something you do without thinking about it.  What are some other examples of habits? What is a habit?

  Effectiveness is habitually doing things that help you get great results over and over again. What is Effectiveness?

 What are the 7 habits ?

 “There is no reason for any individual to have a computer in their home.”  Kenneth Olsen President and founder of Digital Equipment Corporation, in 1977  “This ‘telephone’ has too many shortcomings to be seriously considered as a means of communication. The device is inherently of no value to us. - Western union internal memo, 1976  “For the majority of people, the use of tobacco has a beneficial effect.” - Dr. Ian MacDonald. Los Angeles Surgeon, as quoted in Newsweek Nov. 18. 1969  “Everything that will be invented has been invented.” – Charles H Duell. U.S. Commissioner of Patents in 1899 Top Stupid Quotes

 What do you see in the picture?

  “Paradigms are like glasses – when you have an incomplete paradigm about yourself or life in general, it is like wearing the wrong prescription. That lens affects how you see everything else.” Pg 13 in 7HHET  Changing how we view ourselves, will change how we treat others and change how they treat us in return! Paradigms

  Not just physically, but do you like what you have become at the age you are now?  Do you like what you see on the inside and the outside?  Do you like who you are? When you look in the mirror do you like what you see?

 When I was young and free and my imagination had no limits, I dreamed of changing the world. As I grew older and wiser I realized the world would not change. And I decided to shorten my sights somewhat and change only my country. But it too was immovable. As I entered my twilight years, in one last desperate attempt, I sought to change only my family, those closest to me, but alas they would have none of it. Often, we see the need for change differently…

 And now here I lie on my death bed and realize (perhaps for the first time) that if only I’d changed myself first, then by example I may have influenced my family and with their encouragement and support I may have bettered my country, and who knows I may have changed the world. The end of the poem…

How to do I do it?
