18 Caps 4,5, 6, and 7 Resource requirements (4), Financing (5) and Implementation framework (6) are pointers to feasibility and sustainability of the strategy. Cap 7: Mid term review and end of term evaluation shall be carried out using a mixed team of external and internal evaluators.
