10 IATI system includes +300.000 hotels supplied by major providers together with directly contracted hotels. System enables the agencies to sell hotel through a plain method and explicit rules. Directly contracted hotels define their prices and commissions to the system without any intermediary agent. As for directly contracted hotels, the system enables hotels to put the most advantageous conditions into the system by making use of the «power of local» through the regional IATI office. 26  Sales Report displays all sales with date range option for your preference  Commission Report gives information about the commission appertaining to the finalized sales  Revenue Report enables to see the revenue accrued from the transactions  Pnr Net Report provides all operational and financial details with respect to PNRs  Pnr/E-Ticket Search enables to access the specific details of the concerned pnr/e-ticket.  Passenger List includes all data for the passengers (name surname, pnr, date, destination, provider etc.

27  Agencies have the opportunity to obtain the invoices drawn up by IATI for informative purposes  These various invoices and breakdowns may also be saved and printed in different extensions depending upon preference.

28  Users to be authorized to access system may be determined by filling the following details.  Authorities of users may be defined as per their duty such as sales, finance, admin or all.  User passwords may be renewed or updated at any time if required.

29  Agencies may customize their electronic tickets and vouchers with own logos, contact details. E-ticket or itinerary may also be sent to the clients by e-mail or SMS.
