2. Packing List Sleeping bag or blankets Pillow Warm pajamas Change of clothing Extra pair of socks and shoes (if possible) Toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, shampoo) A favorite book to read before bedtime Towel Bug spray and/or sunscreen Warm coat *It can get very cold at night and in the morning! Please make sure your child is well prepared and has warm clothing for the night and morning in addition to clothing they can wear when it is a bit warmer (during the afternoon)

3. Medications/Allergies Make sure the school and your child’s teacher knows of any medical issues, medications, and/or allergies

4. Departing Information May 5 th 7:00am- arrive at the school Students will check bus sheet to find out what bus they are on Students bags will be checked for sleeping bag or blanket (THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE TRIP WITHOUT ONE) Bus leaves at 7:30

5. Camp Schedule- Day 1 Students will be broken up into “teams” and bunks Once we arrive, students will settle in, partake in a scavenger hunt, and have lunch 3 activities Dinner Dance Campfire/Smores Bedtime!

6. Camp Schedule- Day 2 Wake up Breakfast The 3 activities that were not done the day before Eat lunch Bus back to PS 11!

7. Camp Activities Boating Rock climbing Low ropes course Nature hike Trust exercise Beach volleyball

8. Sleeping Arrangements One chaperone and one staff member per cabin Cots for students to sleep on No sheets, pillows, or blankets Showers, toilets, sinks, and electricity in all cabins Students need to bring their own toiletries

9. Chaperone Info Before you say you can chaperone, you need to know that you will have those days off You will not be on the same team as your child. This means you will not be going to the same activities as your child and you will not be in the same bunk as your child. There are no exceptions. Chaperones are expected to fully participate
