Examples include bloodstain patterns on vertical surfaces such as walls or cabinetry and bullet holes through windows Overview sketch – consists of a floor plan sketch of the scene. This is the most common type of sketch and consists of items on the horizontal plane

6 I f markers are used, ensure they correspond to same objects in the sketch. For example, if photo marker #5 is used to mark a handgun, make sure the handgun in the sketch is labeled #5. Illustrating the Sketch

8 Label all doors and windows. Show with a curved line which way the door swings.

18 - Get out your notes and sketch from last class. Be sure to clean up your notes page (should be a neat copy) - Be sure you have ALL of the measurements and information needed for your finished sketch - Get some graph paper... create a finished sketch!!!!
