3 Garment Description: included at the top of the pattern, or on the front of the pattern

4 Suggested fabrics: this is what you will look for at the store- be aware of patterns

5 Body measurements : once you measure each area, this will help you determine what size you are and the amount of fabric

6 Nap indication: A fabric with nap is one what usually has a pile and will look different shades from different angles- Velour, Velvet

7 Back view illustration: this shows the variety of garments that can be made and/or the views from different angles.

8 Finished garment measurement: indicates what the size and length will be when it is complete. Useful in determining if the pattern size is correct.

10 Body measurements Not all in the same category? Always go larger Easier to reduce size than add more fabric Relates to yardage requirement
