7 MAXIMUM DEMAND TIME OF USE INCENTIVES Peak Time:18:00 to 22:00 Off Peak Time:22:00 to 06:00 Standard Time:06:00 to 18:00 –Standard time is charged at rates as per chart –Peak time consumption is surcharged at 25% for both capacity and energy –Off Peak consumption is charged at 50% discount for capacity and 25% for energy 6/8/2016

14 INDUSTRIAL INSTALL ELECTRIC MOTOR OPTMISERS ON BIG MOTORS USE VARIABLE SPEED DRIVES (VSDS) FOR PULLEY COUPLED DRIVES INSTALL POWER FACTOR CORRECTION EQUIPMENT(CAPACITOR BANKS) DO NOT START ALL YOUR MACHINES AT THE SAME TIME TO AVOID CREATING LOCAL PEAK LOADS ARREST ALL COMPRESSED AIR LEAKS INSULATE ALL STEAM PIPES CORRECTLY
