8. Volunteer Opportunities Announcement from Director of Community Services: Kris Kearns Egg Hunt Info – April 7 th – Link on PMINEO website to register for the event. Event Details: The Annual Egg Hunt is a chance for children to search among the flowers of Hershey Children’s Garden for egg- filled surprises while also enjoying crafts, games, story time, and photo opportunities with the Botanical Gardens resident bunny. Volunteer Opportunities Volunteers who choose to help with this event will be assigned to help with guest registration, help run craft and activity tables, game stations, hide the eggs for the various “hunts”, help with set-up, and help with clean-up. The event time will be from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM – between 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM – Orientation for all staff and volunteers. We will also need to finish setting up (decorating, preparing station tables and games before the doors open to guest at 10:00 AM). 9
