5. 5 Standards and Conformance Measures to address Technical Barriers to Trade: 1. Harmonisation of standards and technical requirements  ASEAN Guidelines on Standards, Technical Regulations and Conformity Assessment Procedures.  ASEAN Guidelines on Harmonisation of Standards  ASEAN Guidelines on Conformity Assessment 2. Mutual Recognition Arrangements (MRAs) -Guided by ASEAN Framework Agreement on MRAs (1998) -ASEAN Guidelines for the Development of Mutual Recognition Arrangements.  Recognition of conformity assessment results (testing, inspection and product certification).  Competence criteria of conformity assessment bodies follows international standards and practices.
