3  It deals directly with the customers by distributing power to them and by billing and collection  The corporation established a “Customer Service Center”, to handle the customer problems and their complaints.  Some of the initiatives being undertaken are-Spot Billing,Mobile Call of vans, Customer service center, E seva center.

4 MODULES:- In this project we are dealing with 5 modules.  REGISTRATION MODULE  MONITORING MODULE  REPORT MODULE  ADMINISTRATION MODULE  CUSTOMER MODULE

5 REGISTRATION MODULE  This module is dedicated to register all the complaints from the customers whenever they come to compliant.  It is divided into two sub processes- (1) REGISTRATION CUSTOMER (2) REGISTRATION COMPLAINT.

6  This module is dedicated to monitoring the complaints by searching the complaints and updating the status of complaints at any time.  The process of this module is divided into two sub processes in which one searches for complaints and other updates the status.

7  Report generation module is dedicated to produce reports based on the information to given by the user.  The process of this module is mainly divided into two sub processes in which one gives summary report other gives the detailed report.

8 Administration module is dedicated to administrate the following -  users  divisions  categories  section

9 Customer Module Provide Following Services  Online Bill Payment.  Online Complain.  Bill Information.  Status of complaint

10  DATA DICTIONARY A data dictionary is a set of metadata which contains the definition and representation of data elements.  META DATA It contain the information of data(Data of data).

11  DATA FLOW DIAGRAM  Data flow diagrams are the central tools and the basis from which other components are developed.  The transformation of data from input to output, through processes, may be described logically and independently of the physical components associated with the system.
