5 THE QUALITY PROGRAMMING Template for Courses Evaluation 5

6 6 THE EXPERIENCE OF UNIBO STUDENTS QUESTIONNAIRE

7 The analysis derives from two connected models: 1.Multi dimensional approach: Academic Staff (AS), Students (ST) and Project Staff (EN); 2.Index System: Targets, Resources and Results; Effectiveness (Ec), Efficiency (Ez) and Adequacy (Ad). We can now establish a relationship between these two models: ST ↔ Ec / AS ↔ Ez / EN ↔ Ad “Does it exist a gap between the perceived performance Ad p (detected from questionnaires and reports fit by the three group of actors) and the effective one Ad e (derived from the formula below*) ? ” * Ad e = Ec p / Ez p (with Ec p and Ez p detected from questionnaires) 7 BEYOND THE STUDENTS OPINION FOR AN INTEGRATED SYSTEM
