17 Revision 1 2011 Work Area Protection Manual Section 6H.01 Typical Applications (11)Prior to the installation of an approved lane closure, notification as defined in the contract/permit shall be made to the Regional Transportation Operations Center advising of the closure and the estimated duration time for the lane closure. As soon as practical, the Regional TOC shall be notified when the lane closure has been removed.

30 The weight of the support vehicle shall be as recommended by the manufacturer. The Contractor shall provide a copy of the manufacturer’s recommendations to the Engineer, Copy of the original weigh ticket for the support vehicle and a self-certification letter stating the support vehicle has not been altered since the original weight ticket was issued. The weigh ticket shall contain adequate to identify support vehicle. 31 Due the complexity of each signal the Specifications were rewritten to clarify & to provide consistent statewide Signal plans must be submitted by the Contractor Adopted the existing Region process for signal failure so each district will be the same 2016 Specifications 512 - Traffic Signal
