Cyberbullying Apoyo Training & Consultancy Has the same effect as face to face verbal or psychological bullying Takes place via mobile phones, emails or texting Behaviour can be carried out by an individual or a group Examples include – hurtful texts; spreading rumours through social networking sites; uploading private or distorted images or film; sending abusive comments through gaming sites; assuming a false identity to cause harm or mischief

Apoyo Training & Consultancy Talk to your child about online grooming Talk to them about their online friends Let your child know that you are always there for support and you understand how easy it is for things to get out of control online Learn how to report any inappropriate contact made to your child online
