4 Three aspects to measuring quality Structure – Material & human resources, organisational factors Process – The activities contributing to education Outcome – The changes achieved by educational activity

5 Structure Facilities and equipment – Learning spaces, libraries, IT, portfolios Personnel – Numbers and qualifications of teachers, supervisors and trainers Organisational factors – Faculty relationships and accountabilities, learning culture, systems of quality control
