23 CPCM 180 questions Score 70% or higher CFCM 150 questions Score 70% or higher CCCM 150 questions Score 70% or higher Step 5: Examination 22 Candidates have one year to take exam and may take it up to three times within a year. Candidates must reapply to test after three attempts.

25 Chapter Proctored Exams: For Chapters Wanting to Host the Exam Any chapter may proctor an exam Process for Chapters –Chapters must submit a written request to the Certification Department at least 90 days in advance. –Request must include the name and contact information for the proctor(s). –The request must identify the date, time, and location proposed. –The chapter is responsible for providing a suitable location for the testing process and for providing a minimum of one test proctor for each ten candidates. 24

26 Chapter Proctored Exams: Chapter Package Ten days prior to the exam date, the Certification Department will send the Administration of Certification Exams Instruction Package to the proctor. –The package will include detailed instructions for the proctor(s) and one sealed exam packet for each approved candidate. –Proctors will review the instructions and will verify receipt of one exam packet (by name) for each approved candidate. Call the Certification Department if there are discrepancies. –Proctors do NOT open the sealed packets and do NOT have access to the actual exam questions. 25

27 Chapter Proctored Exams: For Chapter Members Taking the Exam –The Certification Department will accept applications and fees from candidates up to 45 days prior to the Chapter Proctored exam date. –Only candidates who have approved applications, a paid application fee and paid exam fee are allowed to sit for the Chapter Proctored exams. –No walk-ins. 26

28 Chapter Proctored Exams: Chapter Proctoring of the Exam Candidates have 4 hours max to complete the exam. Completed exams and all exam materials are sealed in the envelope provided and returned to the proctor. The proctor verifies that all materials have been returned and forwards everything (including any unused exams and any scratch paper, notes, etc.) back to the Certification Department. The Certification Department will notify each candidate of their score within 15 working days of receipt of the completed exams. 27
