5 Protect your skin Avoid harming your body Smoking Tanning beds Excessive sun exposure Too much alcohol

8 Sun Protection Avoid the sun between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm Wear protective clothing, including a sun safe hat Wear sunglasses Use a sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher Avoid tanning beds Do monthly skin checks

9 Clean your skin Wash with lukewarm water Avoid abrading or stretching the skin Select appropriate cleanser Exfoliate Moisturize

10 Build on a foundation Clean face Moisturize Concealer Foundation

11 Under tones influence color selection Cool undertones = pink and mauve Warm undertones = coppers, bronzes, golden highlights

12 Applying Blush Choose the blush color for your skin tone Apply blush to brush, then shake off excess Brush lightly over the cheek line Blend into foundation at hairline Brush off excess or dust with powder

19 Nourish your skin with healthy food choices Eat a variety of foods. Include fruits and vegetables in your meal plan each day. Drink water. Get adequate sleep each day. Exercise regularly.
