Whilst the program continues to further develop all cricket fundamentals, it has a particular focus on developing all the skills required to play better. It teaches BATTING skills such as Alignment, force control, develops match strategy, game management and introduces Match preparation skills. There is also a focus on teaching effective practice, analysing competition performance and basic mental skills. Athletic development takes advantage of a number of training factors that are highly trainable at this time. Speed, Stamina, Suppleness, Strength and 3D Integration are all trained and developed as part of our Wave Program. The WAVE Program runs for 90 minutes on Thursday afternoons.
