4.  High school Degree  Training in schools with Airline operations courses  On the job training is given  Business Experience

5.  Employees that works at an airline first start at 10 dollars an hour, then it goes up as you get better.  A Ground Support Equipment Machinist would get 18 dollars an hour for his minimum wage. While a Ramp Agent may only get paid $10.00 an hour for his minimum wage.
