2 Executive Summary Introduction INAUD is an organization made to minimize, if not cast away, the most harmful and deadly effects of verbal abuse. Our Motivation Closing Statement The goal of INAUD Company is to benefit those who are currently facing or have faced emotional and verbal abuse. Investment in such a popular cause would help victims of verbal abuse as our story is being spread and they are being helped.

3 Company Description Motivations Verbal abuse and bullying have many psychological effects on the younger generations. Through our company we hope to spread a positive message to others. Products and Services The primary product of INAUD is a state-of-the-art headphone set that contains noise reducing technology. With these headphones, the customer will be able to “block out” the noise and the hurtful words of others. Unique Selling Proposition Our headphones are made with quality materials and will have a ten year warranty.

4 Mission and Vision Statements Vision Statement To help the victims of verbal abuse “stop the madness” that they hear. Mission Statement INAUD was founded to not only stop bullying and verbal abuse but also to help the victims that have already been affected by such slander and establish a more positive lifestyle.

5 Competitive Analysis Direct and Indirect Competitors INAUD’s biggest competitors are Beats by Dr. Dre and Sony. These rivals are more pronounced and thus currently cater to a wider market. Sustainable Competitive Advantage A percentage of INAUD’s profits will go towards anti-bullying organizations and for the treatment for the victims of emotional & psychological problems. This strategy radiates a positive message and instills a sense of awareness in INAUD’s consumers.

6 Market Analysis Demographic Profile The target market is around the ages of 12-24. Ages at which consumers would most likely want to purchase headphones/earphones to use with smart phones. Ages at which consumers would be concerned or can relate to the mission of INAUD. Psychographic Profile Our target market are the music listeners (those who own music playing devices). The consumers are casual dressers who are mainly influenced by the current fashion. They understand the need between being trendy and being caring. Customer Behaviors Our target market has a message that they want to convey to those who have been or are victims of bullying and verbal abuse.

7 Marketing Plan Place Strategy Products will be sold nationwide in music stores as well as online. Promotion Strategy INAUD uses publications as well as advertisements to communicate its promotional message. Its social media advertisements strive to be more personal than other businesses. Promotion Plan INAUD’s promotion plan involves using the internet to communicate its message. It will rely especially on social media such as Facebook and Twitter to advertise its products and to reach out to the target consumers. Pricing Plan Our pricing plan is to make our prices lower than our competitors but yet still jigh enough to keep high-quality products.

8 SWOT Analysis Strengths INAUD has a story and a cause that will attract consumers that want to give back and donate to a good cause. Weaknesses INAUD is a new entrant into the market, thus lacking experience and credentials as Phillips or Sony. Opportunities There is a high demand for products promoting a good cause. INAUD’s philosophy and values can “soften” retailers and buyers into joining the mission of the company. Threats The competition is saturating the marketplace and selling products in a myriad of stores around the world.

9 Growth Plan Growth Strategy In recent years, anti-bullying campaigns have grown such that there are supporters of the movement nationwide. Thus, there will be many buyers of our products worldwide. 10 percent of our profits will go towards Rachel’s Challenge to help our cause. Summary We founded INAUD with the intention to help victims of verbal abuse and bullying within schools and today’s society. Along with spreading our mission through our story, a portion of our profits will go towards providing counseling and therapy for the victims so that they live positive lives without the effects of verbal abuse.
