2 Exploring is a hands-on career education program for young men and women in 6 th grade through 20-years- old. Color, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic background, economic status, and citizenship are not criteria for participation. High School Post 14-years-old 9 th grade-21 st birthday Middle School Club 10-14 years-old 6 th -8 th grade WHAT IS EXPLORING?

3 THE VISION OF EXPLORING is to provide positive and meaningful real-world career experiences and leadership development opportunities for all teenagers and young adults in their chosen field of interest.

4 HOW DOES IT WORK? Exploring programs are delivered through community business and organizations using their unique resources. Year-round2x/month1.5-2 hours
