4  Take A Break  Facebook  Twitter  Video Games  Real World  Meet New People  Join An Organization  Strike Up A Conversation (But Don’t Be Creepy)  Do Something With Other Humans!  Eat, Hike, Run, Walk, Sit, Stand, Just Move Away From Your Room.

6  Balance Your Schedule With What’s Best For YOU!  24 Hours In A Day  How Do You Spend Them?  Example: 12am – 6:30am: Sleep Note The Less Than 7.5 Hours 7am – 8am: RunDon’t Forget To Exercise 8am – 9am: Get Ready For The Day 9am: - 10am: ClassDon’t Skip Them 10am – 11:59pm: Eat, Play, Study, Work Budget These Too
