2 Group A Lifestyle – They live a busy life rising early and going to bed late they watch the early morning news and eat a cereal bar in the car on the way to work. On their lunch break they read a niche magazine like financial times or BMG. They catch up om current affairs in the car listening to stations like radio 2 or 4. they spend their evenings in the gym before going to bed late.

3 What kind of products to they consume – Broadsheets Newspapers (lunch break middle of the day) – Radio News (early morning/leaving work) – Niche Newspapers (Lunch Break/middle of the day) – TV News in the gym. – TV News at home over dinner – Perhaps a niche apps (EG: Stock market checker)

4 Group B Lifestyle – They live a simpler life than Group A. Their job tends to be 9 to 5 they will watch Good Morning or the BBC Breakfast news, they might spend more time at home before leaving for work, they will care less about niche products and more on the mainstream so therefore will enjoy talk or music radio on the way to work. They will consume their news through an app like BBC news rarely buying physical newspapers, they will come home in the mid evening and work from home spending time with their family they will watch a talk show in the evening or a movie through a streaming service like Netflix

5 What kinds of products do they consume? – BBC Breakfast News TV – Radio 1 or 2 – BBC News APP – TV ITV talk shows – Streaming services (Netflix)

6 Group C1 Lifestyle – Their lifestyle varies by profession. – When the wake up they may also enjoy BBC Breakfast News or Good Morning. When they travel to work they will listen to a more music based radio show like Radio 1 or 2. They will focus less on news at work reading a magazine such as Heat or Grazia or similar, they will focus more on gossip than current affairs. They will be interested in more low brow entertainment like Jeremy Kyle at home in the evening or X Factor

7 What kinds of products do they consume? – TV Breakfast News – Radio BBC Radio 1 or 2 Heart FM – Glossy magazines Grazia Heat – Gossip Apps – ITV Talk Shows – Media games ie Candy Crush

8 Group C2 – They might watch a morning entertainment show or the news. Thye may listen to a station like talk sport or 5Live on the way to work. On their lunch break they may read a niche magazine like anglers mail or electricians post. – On the way home they will listen to the same radio stations and enjoy shows like I’m a celebrity and Xfactor

9 What kinds of products do they consume – Morning TV – Sport Radio Niche Radio – Niche Magazines – Entertainment TV

10 Group D Lifestyle – They will read a newspaper like the daily mail – They will listen to a radio station like Jack FM or Talk Sport – They will read a non broadsheet newspaper at lunch or a niche magazine like Truck and Driver – They will watch an entertainment show in the evening or a game show.

11 What Media Do They Consume? – TV – Non Broadsheet Newspapers – Niche Magazines – Entertainment TV – Niche Radio

12 Group E Lifestyle – They consume little mainstream media sources. They rarely listen to the radio using streaming services like Spotify. They don’t keep up with current affairs at most using the BBC App. Most of their media is consumed on their phones or tablets. They are dependent on the internet.

13 What of products do they consume – Streaming services – Internet applications – Social Media – Perhaps prime time television
