14. Students get into groups of 3 and role play. One is a restaurant manager. One is a server. One is an unhappy customer. The unhappy customer complains about the server and explains what the server did wrong. The server says she/he did not do those things, and she/he says why she thinks the customer is not telling the truth. The manager decides who is correct, and explains why.
