3 US-131 Southbound Weave/Merge Lane, Pavement & Bridge Repairs Project Summary  Project will address road and bridge conditions, along congestion with CMAQ funding  US-131 Concrete Pavement Repairs  Pearl Street to Ann Street (Southbound)  M-11 (28 th Street) to Wealthy Street (North and Southbound)  Bridge Widening and Rehabilitation  US-131 over Richmond Street and Indian Mill Creek (Southbound)  Construct Southbound Weave/Merge Lane  Connect Ann Street On-Ramp to Leonard Street Off-Ramp

7 Project Traffic Control Summary All lanes on US-131 will be open until April 23 SB US-131 single lane closure beginning April 23 extending through September SB US-131 double lane closure on weeknight and weekends Richmond Street will be open to both directions of traffic until mid-March Richmond Street will be opened for SB-WB traffic. EB-NB traffic will be detoured starting mid-March

8 Ramp Closure Schedules The following ramps will be closed during different stages of the project TBD:  Turner Avenue (just north of Ann Street) ramp to southbound US-131  Southbound US-131 ramp to Leonard Street  Eastbound I-196 ramp to southbound US-131  Southbound US-131 ramp to Pearl Street
