2 Mind of a Winner “I was mentally sharp, When I say mentally it’s the best I've ever been” Rory Mc Ilroy, Irish times 5 August 2014. I didn’t get ahead of myself. I didn’t start to think of my score. I didn’t think about where I was in the tournament, I just kept playing my shot after shot by using my process.

3 Practice like you want to play and play like you practice What are you mindful of when you practice? Tip: Use imagery, only practice putting from under 2 feet.

4 Keeping the mind in the present The power of having a process which allows you to be mindful of the present ONLY. Tip: Do the same process every time.

5 What are you mindful of when not playing golf? Dr Steve Peters Tip: Get your mind to think of other things.

7 When the game is over, what are you mindful of? Tip: Record 10 of your best shots from the round. Shane Lowry

8 Mindfulness and breathing Tip: Use breathing as part of your process and when not hitting the golf ball.
