3 Informing Transition Policy and Practice If students are successful, we want to know how school helped. If not, we want to know what we can do to better prepare them. We want to know what supports success in the years that follow high school. Do Students with Disabilities have similar outcomes as their General Education Peers? What changes are needed to better support students, families, schools and agencies?
