2 Describing a Simple Skill In the PREPARATION phase I Start up on my toes with my feet together, knees bent and bottom above my heels. I also tuck my chin in by putting it on my chest. During the ACTION stage I reach forward with both hands, arms straight, push forward from my feet and take my weight on my hands. To allow me to rotate I curve my back and keep my legs together. To RECOVER I open out and finish standing upright and still.

3 In the preparation phase start Standing arms raised lunge forward on one leg, take weight on hands. In the action phase I kicked my legs up, locked arms, snapped both legs together tucked my head in, kept my back straight and pointed toes. Hold balance for 5 seconds. To forward roll out during the recovery phase, overbalance, curve spine, tuck chin onto chest, bend arms and roll out. Finish standing up arms raised above head.
