2. 47 years old, male patient, chronic heavy smoker with +ve family history of IHD.

3. Patient presented with typical chest pain of 8 hours duration with ECG findings of infero- posterior and lateral STEMI

5. Decision was made to go for Primary PCI

8. RCA lesion was found on angiography

9. RCA lesion was stented successfully
