2. What are your major experiences regarding the substainabily of physical Rehab sector? I have worked with partners to develop projects that have helped to boost the quality of our structure: the Integrated Programme for the Development of Functional Rehabilitation (PIDEF) with our partner Handicap International. It was an extensive program of third party payment that allowed many people with disabilities to obtain and equipment to be rééeduquer. The torch was passed to the National Directorate of Social Development. Also, I've worked with teams from the ICRC Special Fund for the Disabled which subsidized commodities orthopedic and has greatly contributed to the capacity building of Orthopaedic Technicians for a dozen years. Thus, I conducted regular monitoring missions activities in the regions where our center has branches. - In Mali, with the advent of compulsory health insurance, we have worked to support the orthopedic and rehabilitation through a convention. Allowing workers and their dependents benefit from the support of 80% of the cost of fitting and rehabilitation. Also, through the RAMED (Medical Assistance Plan) the poor benefit from all of their costs and rééducation. This equipment which will enable sustainability of our activities for the well-being of persons with disabilities.
