Image Credits  Cite any images from web sources in your visual presentation  Do NOT include these image citations on your Works Cited page.  Image citations will appear in small print below the images in your presentation.  Include the words Image Credit and URL address (through.com ONLY) WITHOUT http:// or www. Image Credit: union.edu

Citing Quotations Cite all quotations you include on your visual using one of two methods:  Lead in – Introduce the quotation with a phrase that references the source  Parenthetical – Include source information in parenthesis after the quotation

Citing Quotations  Lead in According to World Book Advanced, “Odysseus is the greatest known hero” World Book Advanced is the source from which the quotation was taken. It is in italics because it is a book/website title.

Citing Quotations  Parenthetical Odysseus was “highly intelligent and endlessly skilled” (James) James refers to the author of the source from which this quotation was taken.

Citing Quotations  Parenthetical Odysseus “represents the model of a man of courage and determination” (“Odyssey”) “Odyssey” is the title of the article from which the quotation was taken. Because there is no author, this is the first word that appears in the source citation on the Works Cited page.
