1 Student Advisement Session February 10th

2  Teachers have recommended academics courses as well as some elective courses  You should register for a total of seven credits (7 or 8 courses) and 3 alternates  Health, Personal Fitness, Economics, and American Government are half credit courses ( If you are taking these courses, you should register for 8 courses)

4  You must be entering your junior or senior year of high school at the time of enrollment. If you will be younger than 16 years of age on the first day of classes, your parents must send a letter to the director of admissions describing your ability to be successful in the dual enrollment program. Cadets must be at least 17 years of age at the time of enrollment.  You must be enrolled in an eligible public or private high school, including unaccredited home study or home school program. Students in unaccredited home school programs must also meet bachelor's degree admissions home school requirements and submit a Georgia Home School Declaration of Intent form.bachelor's degree admissions home school requirementsDeclaration of Intent  You must present a cumulative grade point average of 3.25 or higher in your Required High School Curriculum (RHSC) coursework. Required High School Curriculum (RHSC)  You must present minimum SAT score of 970 combined critical reading and math with a minimum of 480 critical reading and 440 math, or ACT composite of 20 with minimum scores of 20 English and 18 math.  You must take courses from the approved courses list. If you are an out- of-state student, you should consult with your guidance counselor on courses you may take at UNG that will count toward high school graduation.approved courses list  You must enroll in a bachelor's degree program at UNG.

5  We must have your application for admission and all supporting documents prior to the deadline. Note that it is possible for us to reach capacity BEFORE the deadline, so completing your application earlier is better.  Spring semester (begins in January): November 1st  Summer semester (begins in May or June): April 1  Fall semester (begins in August): Preferred deadline is May 1. Final deadline is July 1.  Honors Program application : Early consideration for bachelor's students: Jan 31. Final deadline for all: March 30  Please Note! There is a possibility that we will meet enrollment capacity before you register for classes. Therefore, please do not sign a lease for off-campus housing until you have registered for classes.

6  You will not sign up for WBL during the online registration process.  If you are interested in WBL for next school year, use the link below to get the application. The deadline for turning in the application is March 25 th.  https://www.smore.com/48kmr  Once you are accepted into the program, Mrs. Boswell will set up a time to meet with you to adjust your schedule.

7  You must login to Infinite Campus to complete registration any time between February 15-29. 8  If you are a 9 th grader and do not currently have a social studies class, you must register for one of the following:  World History  AP World History

12 To add courses, choose course search Click on the course. Then you will have the option to choose request or alternate. 3 4
