5 Factor Questions  1. How to prepare the soil to nurture the seed of my career vision?  How much to water this seed daily?  What additional training/education do I need to acquire to ensure my seed will grow into a fruition?

7 Law of Value  True worth is determined by how much more you give in value.  It is created by your skill, marketplace pay for value.
