INSTALLATION SEQUENCE: i.FTs Installation ii.Temporary Construction floor iii.Suspended rail for CRP insertion iv.Temporary Clean Room for Detector installation v.CRP 3X3 m² vi.Field Cage vii.Removal of Temporary Assembly Floor viii.PMTs Installation ix.Closure TCO

i) FTs Installation Manhole (Later Installed) Slow Control FTs Signal Fts High Voltage Ft (Later Installed) Drift Cage Suspension FT CRP Suspension Fts TCO

ii) Temporary Construction Floor Cryostat is used as a clean Room Field Cage, CRP are installed from inside Temporary construction floor is needed to protect the bottom membrane

iii) Suspendend Rail for CRP insertion

Lift insert and lower down the CRP Box Compact 2 x 1 Ton Each Rail is Standard INP beam

iv) Temporary Clean Room for Detector installation Needs a opening from the Top for the CRP Boxes (3,1x3,1x0.5 m) Clean air overpressure from Manhole  prevent dirty air to go inside the Cryostat

v) CRP 3X3 m² CRP inside Lowered, rotated and unpacked Lowered on a «movable table» and placed in Position ready to be lifted

v) CRP 3X3 m² 12 3 4 5 1.Every CRP is brought inside placed in his correct position 2.First 3 CRP in 3.First 3 CRP lifted enough to have enough space for the last one and rail system will be removed 4.4th CRP placed in position 5.CRP fully Assemble at his nominal height.

v) CRP 3X3 m²

vi) Field Cage Field Shapers Cathode Structure Field Cage and Cathode structure is made of relatively small part (mainly pipes ) that will be assembled inside the Cryostat Assembly procedure was already studied with an extrernal Engineering Company (Technodyne for Laguna LBNO study)

18 Stainless steel insert in the plywood at the correct position for each PMT  not possible Possibility to weld an insert directly to the mebrane before installing in the center of the flat part Custom support for each PMT structure Minimize as much as possible the stress in the Membrane  Compensate PMT’s buoyancy Consider the possibility if the PMT are not exactely in the center of each 1m² T-Profile 60x60x6 point welded in the center vii) PMTs Installation PMT Buoyancy in LAr for one PMT Estimated PMT Volume: 3.726 L. buoyancy force: 3.726 x 1.4 = 5.2164 kg. PMT weight: ~1.1kg,  Resultant buoyancy Force: ~4.1Kg/PMT

19 viii PMTs Installation: 75mm 55mm
