Mechanical elements can be integrated when parts coated with black Nickel are back from SSL to IRAP beginning of April. Detectors (MCPs): one pair has been delivered March. 2010 another pair (spare) to be ordered soon All electronic parts have been delivered. PCBs are fabricated in ESA qualified manufacturer Amp board finished, HV coupling and HVPS in progress. Implementation of AIT facility @ IRAP for Planetary Protection started begining of 2011 (see presentation by D. Moirin). Issue: delay of commands due to start of IRAP.

Rouger. Product Assurance/Quality Assurance: mandatory to utilize independent PA/QA personnel to satisfy all requirements specified in the MAIP and MAR. → strong implication on funding (for Stereo, QA was ensured by the CESR PM). New level of funding negociated with CNES is ok for activities up to delivery. Contract of P.R. ensured until mid-2012.
