Understanding needed for school Leadership Analyze, strategize to catalyze the schools momentum  In flux demands and responsibilities owing to the role  Taking Responsibility leads to learning  Regular build up of competencies needed  Reflection and inward looking- change has to come from within  Schools are organic and social organizations  Schools need to be looked at in a 3 D perspective/ holistic vision  Human being are the only organic resource  Principles of Adult Learning Thus, one has to be: Human centric Growth centric System centric Through reflection, collaboration, networking and partnerships
